After you've chosen your TIDAL silencer, this is what comes next.
1. Purchase at a TIDAL dealer
Head to our FIND A DEALER page to locate your nearest authorized TIDAL dealer. They’ll guide you through the process and help you confirm you picked the right silencer. Be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm you’re 21 or older, and that you live in a state where ownership is legal.
2. Buy the ATF Tax Stamp
All silencers fall under ATF/NFA regulations, which means you’ll need to purchase a $200 tax stamp. This one-time fee is required for each silencer and is separate from the product price.
3. Submit an ATF eForm 4
Your dealer will help you complete and submit the eForm 4 online. This form includes your personal details, silencer info, and must be accompanied by an FD-258 fingerprint card and a passport-style photo. It’s easier than it sounds—and we’re here to help.
4. Wait for approval
Approval times vary, but most customers see approval within a few days to a month. Your dealer will notify you when it’s ready for pickup. Once approved, it’s all yours—now you can enjoy the silence.
