TIDAL was created by me, the owner—Jason—in 2024. I was born and raised in Provo, Utah. I’m happily married with four little boys and finding real joy in learning what it means to be a good husband and father. Family and faith will always be the most important things in my life.

Starting a business has always been a dream of mine, but I never knew what industry it would be in. My passions have always been in cars, motorcycles, electronic music, and of course, firearms. I’ve loved guns since I was a kid. I grew up playing video games like Call of Duty and Battlefield. I got my first gun in high school, and the collection grew from there. During college, my best friend showed me his new 300 Blackout PDW with a silencer on it. I always thought silencers were cool, but I had never actually shot one. Once I fired those first few subsonic rounds, I was hooked. Hearing how quiet it was reignited my excitement for firearms. From that point on, I was all in—and now my entire collection is suppressed.

In recent years, I’ve realized that building a business around something you love is essential if you want it to last. Over a year ago, after talking with some family members, we came up with a way to manufacture silencers. It was the first idea that truly felt right. I had the connections and access to state-of-the-art equipment. For the first time, I could start a business I was genuinely passionate about. Fast forward to now—we’re building some incredible, top-tier silencers.

As you probably know, there are a lot of silencer startups using 3D printing—and of course, some companies have been doing it for nearly a decade. I know there are already great options out there. So why TIDAL? Because this is me sharing my passion with you. I believe every gun owner should experience the benefits and fun of shooting suppressed. I wanted TIDAL to feel different—right from the moment you find us online, to unboxing your can, to dumping thousands of rounds through it. I want you to know you’re getting a premium product that had serious thought, testing, and engineering behind it. As a customer, you are cared about and you will be taken care of.
